Experience in developing plant maintenance strategy for ensuring plant reliability and optimizing availability. Extensive experience in Predictive Maintenance, trouble shooting and Root Cause failure analysis (RCFA). Skilled in analysis of engineering, operational, maintenance deficiencies and business profitability.
More than 25 years of experiences in heading and managing plant reliability and engineering departments. Initially, worked as Machinery Diagnostics Manager as a vibration expert in Operation Services and lastly associated as HOD (Station Engineering), Engineering Office Complex, NTPC Limited, Noida.
During the service, resolved many critical and chronic problems of high speed machinery such as Turbine Generators, Pumps, Fans etc, and Participated & published various technical papers in National and International Conferences.
"Recent Trends In Predictive Maintenance & its applications in Turbine Generator was adjudged as the "Best Paper Award" in the International Conference on Industrial Tribology (ICIT), held in 2000 at Hyderabad, India.
